Scope of work
- Carefully removed the existing bathroom suite and prepared the space for installation.
- Installed a completely new bathroom suite, including all fixtures and fittings.
- Fitted a wet room tray on a custom-built raised plinth to accomodate drainage in basement setting.
- Constructed and fulled tiled the wet room area for a seamless, waterproof finish.
- Installed low-level LED lighting with a motion sesnor for modern, energy-efficient ambient lighting.
- Created recessed wall niches, each fitted with integrated LED lighting to enhance both function
and aesthetics. - Designed and installed a custom tiled bath panel with a decorative mosaic tile feature for a high-end finish.
- Completed the project with full plastering of all walls and ceilings, ready for final decoration.
